Steam Vaults Night Run Four

The fourth clear of Steam Vaults tonight involved reverting back to two Warlocks and a single Hunter. We picked up Jackhoffa, a 70 Warlock from Born Again.

Clearing up to the first boss, we had a sloppy aggro on the water elementals again. It seems like we never are able to turn this corner in a perfect fashion. The elementals and/or the skippable nagas get aggro on us. Usually we prevail, but unnecessary deaths slow us down a bit too much.

Hydromancer Thespia dropped the Scintillating Coral Band (Illustra won the shard). We easily cleared to the second boss. Mekgineer Steamrigger dropped the Serpentcrest Life-Staff. I disenchanted it and Zadrun won the shard. He’s been looking so long for his paladin helmet drop from this boss, Blizzard just knew enough to let him win the roll for the shard.

Clearing up to the final boss, we did encounter a full wipe. Melcore had a temporary disconnection issue, and Jackhoffa feared one of the mobs into a skippable group of four nagas. We held up for a bit, but ultimately wiped. I believe this run had the most deaths of the evening.

Handling Warlord Kalithresh was a simple matter. He dropped the Beast Lord Leggings (needed by Melcore) and the Moonglade Shoulders (Predictys won the shard). It was during this time, I became exalted with the Cenarion Expedition.
The damage output was the following:

For some reason, Jackhoffa’s metrics weren’t captured by the mod.
